Flexible Electrical Conduit Connector

Flexible electrical conduit connector is mainly used to connect flexible metal conduit, liquid-tight flexible metal conduit, or other compatible flexible protective conduit to junction boxes, equipment enclosures, or rigid conduit systems.

Common applicable conduit sizes range from 12 to 63 mm or 3/8 to 2 inches.

Body materials can include zinc alloy, brass, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Interface threads can be manufactured as NPT, metric M threads, or other specified systems.

According to installation direction, the connector can be supplied in straight, 90° elbow, or 45° elbow configurations. Certain product structures may also use NBR, EPDM, or other specified sealing materials to create a corresponding liquid-tight connection arrangement.

The exact material, angle, thread, and seal should therefore be selected around the actual conduit and equipment interface.

Compared with connectors used for rigid conduit, flexible electrical conduit connector products are better suited to locations where equipment vibration or complicated routing needs to be considered.

Flexible conduit can change direction within its allowable installation range. When combined with straight, 45°, or 90° connectors, it becomes easier to arrange cable entry around machinery and equipment where space is limited.

Applications include machine tools, motors, pumps, air-conditioning equipment, control cabinets, industrial automation equipment, food-processing equipment, outdoor machinery, and other equipment subject to vibration.

Where the installation area is wet or exposed to liquid splash, a liquid-tight version can be selected according to the actual connector structure. Buyers should confirm both the sealing material and interface size rather than assuming sealing performance only from the connector shape.

Standard products generally require around 15 days for production, while customized flexible electrical conduit connector products normally require about one month. Repeat orders using confirmed models may have shorter lead times.

Products can be packed on pallets, in cases, or with protective wrapping. If transportation damage is identified after delivery, replacement support can be arranged through dedicated after-sales personnel.
