(1) For cable networks requiring electrical interference shielding or protection against external factors (such as environments with corrosive liquids or flammable dust), Type (FB) composite anti-corrosion shielded trough-type cable trays (with covers) should be selected.
(2) In highly corrosive environments, Type (F) composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame-retardant cable trays should be used. Brackets and supports should be made of the same material to extend the service life of the cable tray system. Covers should be installed in environments prone to dust accumulation, locations requiring protection, or outdoor areas.
(3) In other cases, tray-type, trough-type, ladder-type, fiberglass (anti-corrosion/flame-retardant), or standard steel cable trays may be selected based on site conditions and technical requirements. Covers should be installed in environments prone to dust accumulation, locations requiring protection, or outdoor areas.
(4) In public passageways or sections crossing roads outdoors, a bottom plate should be installed on the underside of ladder-type trays, or a tray-type unit should be used for that section. For long-span crossings over public passageways, the load-bearing capacity of the tray may be increased or a truss-type structure selected, depending on user requirements.
(5) Composite cable trays (FB) must be selected for long spans (>3m).
(6) Composite epoxy resin cable trays (F) must be selected for outdoor applications.
