Metal Deck formwork

Metal deck formwork is manufactured from Q700 or equivalent high-strength structural steel. It is designed for concrete projects where construction loads, formwork rigidity, and structural stability require greater attention. Rather than depending only on steel plate thickness, the system combines high-strength material, reinforced ribs, and the main frame to resist pressure during concrete placement.

The typical panel thickness is 1.5 mm, with a 2.0 mm edge section and 1.0 mm reinforcing ribs. The reference design pressure is 60–100 kN/m². The structure can be further adjusted according to actual concrete lateral pressure, wall height, and construction conditions. Available surface treatment options include painting, galvanizing, and anti-corrosion coatings according to the project environment.
