Formwork Configured for Concrete Wall Geometry
Steel wall formwork is used for cast-in-place reinforced concrete walls and consists of steel panels, reinforcing ribs, edge frames, and connection structures. Its function goes beyond creating a boundary for fresh concrete. The rigid steel structure also helps control bulging, local deformation, and dimensional variation during wall construction.
The typical panel thickness is 1.5 mm. Available formwork heights range from 500 to 3300 mm, while widths range from 100 to 400 mm. Q700 or equivalent structural steel can be used, with a reference concrete lateral pressure of 60–80 kN/m².
Different panel sizes can be combined according to wall length, height, thickness, and internal or external corner positions. This modular approach is particularly useful where one project contains several wall shapes instead of a single continuous straight wall.
Straight Walls, Corners, Ends, and Special Sections
Concrete wall projects frequently include straight sections, corners, end sections, and local irregular details. For this reason, panel combination and hole-position accuracy are important considerations when selecting a wall formwork system.
The product can be used for shear walls, basement external walls, retaining walls, water tanks, core walls, elevator shafts, tunnel side walls, and industrial building walls. A flat steel forming surface helps maintain a more consistent concrete surface, while pins, bolts, clamps, and other connection components can support assembly and dismantling on site.
For projects with standard floors or repeated wall layouts, relatively unified panel modules can also improve formwork circulation and reduce repeated on-site modification. Steel wall formwork can therefore be organized as a coordinated set rather than as unrelated individual panels.
Production Focused on Hole and Assembly Accuracy
For this product, Zhuori Metal places particular attention on dimensions, hole positions, and compatibility between individual panels. The company has a 40-person production and management team covering production, quality inspection, sales, and customer service.
According to wall drawings, the factory can process straight wall panels, corner panels, end panels, irregular wall panels, and panels with special tie-rod hole positions. During manufacturing, checks can cover panel flatness, edge-frame straightness, weld quality, hole-position accuracy, and overall assembly dimensions.
Trial assembly can also be used to confirm whether different panels fit together before shipment. This is especially relevant for projects purchasing several wall modules as one coordinated formwork package.
Non-Standard Orders and Pre-Shipment Control
For non-standard wall structures, production can be based on technical drawings or prototypes, with OEM and ODM support available. Samples can be arranged before bulk production, and custom sample development normally takes about one week.
A full inspection is carried out before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. If buyers need to confirm hole positions, connection details, or product appearance while the order is being manufactured, photo or video production updates can be provided.
Packing options include pallets, cases, and protective wrapping. If damage occurs during transportation and is identified after arrival, replacement can be arranged with dedicated after-sales personnel handling the issue. These controls make steel wall formwork more suitable for projects where dimensional coordination between many individual wall modules is a key procurement requirement.
