Steel Formwork Shutters

Designed for cast-in-place concrete construction, our steel formwork shutters are made from Q700 or equivalent structural steel and use a reinforced frame design. The system is suitable for projects where formwork rigidity, dimensional stability, and concrete finish quality are important.

A typical panel uses a 1.5 mm steel face with 2.0 mm edge sections. Standard formwork heights range from 500 to 3300 mm, with a reference design concrete lateral pressure of 60–80 kN/m². By coordinating the steel panel thickness, stiffener arrangement, and connection structure, the formwork can maintain stable performance during concrete pouring. This helps control local deformation and supports better wall verticality, surface flatness, and structural dimensions.

Surface treatment options can be selected according to the construction environment and project requirements, including painting, powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, and zinc-aluminum-magnesium treatment.

The modular structure allows different panel sizes to be combined according to wall length, height, and corner positions. This makes the system suitable for repeated installation, dismantling, and reuse across different construction stages.

These steel formwork shutters can be used for high-rise shear walls, basement structures, industrial buildings, retaining walls, bridge structures, tunnels, core walls, and other large concrete works. For projects with repeated wall sections, the steel formwork system can be arranged around actual structural dimensions instead of relying only on fixed standard panels.

For non-standard concrete structures, the panel height, width, steel plate thickness, stiffener layout, connection hole positions, and tie-rod hole positions can be adjusted according to project drawings and construction plans. The overall formwork structure can also be optimized according to the actual concrete lateral pressure required by the project.

Its production process covers raw material purchasing, forming, welding, assembly, and finished-product inspection.

OEM and ODM production is supported. Formwork can also be manufactured according to customer technical drawings or prototypes. This allows project requirements to be transferred directly into panel dimensions, reinforcement layouts, connection details, and assembly positions.

For projects that need to confirm dimensions or connection methods before mass production, samples can be arranged. Custom sample development normally takes about one week, and small sample quantities can be provided. Different colors or models may also be combined within one order.

Quality control focuses on the areas that directly affect formwork installation and concrete forming performance. Inspection can include raw material checking, steel plate thickness measurement, weld inspection, formwork flatness checking, dimensional verification, trial assembly, and surface coating inspection.

A 100% inspection can be carried out before packing, and third-party inspection is also accepted. During production, buyers can receive photo or video updates when required, making it easier to follow the processing status, structural details, and order progress of customized formwork.

The company operates approximately 8,500 m² of production facilities with a team of around 40 people. Production, quality inspection, sales, customer service, and R&D personnel work together to support standard and project-specific orders.

Standard products normally require about 15 days for production, while customized products generally require about one month. Repeat orders may have a shorter lead time because the confirmed product specifications and production information are already available.

For shipment, products can be packed on pallets, in cases, or with protective wrapping. EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are supported. For larger purchase quantities, pricing can be adjusted according to order volume.

If products are damaged upon arrival, replacement support can be arranged, with dedicated personnel handling after-sales communication. From drawing confirmation and production inspection to packing and shipment, the supply process is organized around the actual requirements of concrete structures, construction methods, and repeated formwork use.
