Seismic Support for Electrical Distribution Routes
Electrical seismic bracing is used to support and restrain electrical conduits, cable trays, busway systems, and related electrical installations. The system is assembled from standardized channels, threaded rods, cross members, diagonal braces, and anchoring components.
Depending on cable quantity, installation height, system weight, and available space, the support can be configured as a single-layer, double-layer, or multi-layer structure.
Common channel sizes include 41 × 21, 41 × 41, and 41 × 62 mm. Threaded rods are available in M10, M12, M16, and M20. Material options include carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel, with pre-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, or coated surface treatments available according to project requirements.
Organized Support for Concentrated Electrical Systems
Electrical rooms and data-intensive buildings often contain several cable trays, conduits, or other electrical routes within a limited installation area. A multi-layer structure can separate different routes on individual cross members and create a more organized support arrangement.
Electrical seismic bracing can be used in data centers, power distribution rooms, hospitals, commercial buildings, industrial plants, airports, rail transit systems, power facilities, and large public buildings.
Modular channel and connection components allow the cross-member width, distance between layers, and brace direction to be adjusted according to the actual electrical layout.
The system can also work together with ordinary load-bearing supports. The existing support carries the static load, while the additional bracing provides the required restraint configuration. The modular arrangement can also leave a more regular structure for later inspection or cable-system expansion.
Custom Production Around Cable Layouts
Zhuori Metal manufactures cable trays as well as a range of building and MEP metal products. For electrical seismic bracing projects, cable tray dimensions and support requirements can therefore be considered together during order communication.
The company operates approximately 8,500 m² of production facilities and has a team of around 40 people, including R&D personnel.
Based on electrical construction drawings or installation node drawings, the factory can adjust the number of tray layers, cross-member width, channel type, threaded rods, diagonal brace arrangement, connection bases, and anchoring components.
The production process covers material purchasing, forming, welding, assembly, and finished-product inspection, helping multiple components follow the same confirmed project specifications.
Samples and Phased Project Supply
For projects requiring confirmation of multi-layer dimensions before mass production, samples can be arranged. Custom sample development normally takes about one week.
OEM and ODM production and technical-drawing manufacturing are supported. Different layer arrangements, cross-member dimensions, or installation structures can be combined within one order.
A 100% inspection is performed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Buyers may receive photo or video updates during production.
Finished products are packed on pallets, in cases, or with protective wrapping. Standard products generally require about 15 days for production, while customized product orders normally require about one month, supporting purchasing by installation area or electrical system.
