Rigid seismic bracing uses channels, rigid diagonal members, and mechanical connection components to form a stable seismic restraint structure.

Its distinguishing feature is the use of rigid members that create a defined tension and compression load path between the supported mechanical or electrical system and the main building structure. This is different in structural concept from bracing arrangements that rely on flexible components such as steel wire rope.

Common main support profiles include 41 × 41 mm channels, 41 × 62 mm channels, and double-channel configurations. Threaded rod sizes can range from M10 to M20.

Depending on the actual project arrangement, the system can be configured with a single diagonal brace, two-direction bracing, or combined longitudinal and transverse support.

Suitable for Different Mechanical and Electrical Systems

 

Rigid seismic bracing can be used for large piping, fire protection systems, HVAC equipment, cable trays, industrial MEP systems, utility corridors, data centers, and large public buildings.

For heavier mechanical and electrical systems, rigid diagonal members can provide restraint in both tension and compression directions. They can also be integrated with channel-based support and suspension systems.

Available materials include carbon steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. Surface treatments include electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, and anti-corrosion coatings.

Because system weight, installation elevation, and available space vary from project to project, the number and direction of diagonal braces and the selected support profile should be configured according to the project design.

Component Combination Is the Main Procurement Focus

 

For this product, purchasing should not focus only on one channel size or threaded rod specification. The complete arrangement of the support profile, diagonal brace, connection components, and installation node is more important to the final configuration.

Mixed Bracing Types and After-Sales Support

 

OEM and ODM production is supported, and samples can be arranged before mass production. Custom sample development normally takes around one week.

Where one project requires single-brace structures, two-direction bracing, or several channel sizes, different models can be combined within the same order.

A 100% inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Photo or video production updates can be provided when required.

Products are packed on pallets, in cases, or with protective wrapping. If transportation damage is identified after delivery, replacement support can be arranged with dedicated personnel handling after-sales communication.

This provides a continuous process from drawing confirmation and mixed-specification production through inspection, shipment, and later repeat purchasing of product.
