Construction Formwork

Construction Formwork is a modular steel system for cast-in-place concrete building structures. Depending on the project area, the system can be configured as wall formwork, column formwork, foundation formwork, or other structural formwork.
The product uses steel panels and frames to create a reusable forming system. Standard modules can be combined for regular building dimensions, while customized panels can be manufactured where a project includes special corners, non-standard columns, unusual walls, or project-specific connection details.
Typical material includes Q700 or equivalent structural steel, with a panel thickness of 1.5 mm. For wall applications, the reference concrete lateral pressure is 60–80 kN/m². Surface treatments include painting, powder coating, and galvanizing.

This product can be used in residential buildings, commercial complexes, hotels, apartments, hospitals, schools, industrial plants, underground structures, and public buildings.
Unlike formwork designed for only one concrete component, Construction Formwork can cover walls, columns, foundations, and other building sections. Regular structures can be formed through combinations of standard panel sizes. Where the structure changes, steel plate thickness, frame configuration, reinforcing rib layout, connection components, and special-shaped sections can be adjusted according to project drawings.
For long construction schedules or buildings containing many repetitive structural elements, the reusable steel system also allows panels to be moved between different construction zones.

Langfang Zhuori Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established in 2024 and operates approximately 8,500 m² of production facilities with a team of around 40 people. The company also has R&D personnel supporting product and structural development.

For Construction Formwork orders, production can be organized according to technical drawings. The process covers raw material purchasing, cutting, forming, welding, and assembly.

Quality control can include incoming raw material inspection, cutting-dimension control, weld inspection, finished-product dimensional checking, trial assembly, and surface-treatment inspection. This approach allows project requirements to be transferred from drawings into specific manufacturing and inspection steps rather than treating all panels as the same standard item.

OEM and ODM services are supported, and products can also be manufactured according to technical drawings or prototypes. Buyers may confirm samples before mass production, with custom sample development normally taking about one week.
Production progress can be shared through photos or videos when required. Standard products generally require around 15 days for production, while customized products normally require about one month. Repeat orders can have a shorter lead time.
A 100% inspection is carried out before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. Products are packed using pallets, cases, and protective wrapping. These arrangements provide a clear workflow from customization and inspection through shipment for building projects requiring both standard modules and project-specific formwork pieces.
