Foundation Formwork

Foundation Formwork is designed for cast-in-place concrete foundations, pile caps, ground beams, and equipment foundations. Its main purpose is to create a stable and clearly defined boundary during concrete placement.
Foundation construction often takes place close to ground level, where formwork may be exposed to moisture, construction impact, and repeated installation and dismantling. A steel structure provides a practical option for projects requiring reusable formwork and consistent dimensions.
The typical steel plate thickness is 1.5 mm. Common formwork heights range from 300 to 1500 mm, while lengths range from 600 to 3000 mm. Q235 and Q355 steel are available. Surface options include painting, galvanizing, or anti-corrosion treatment according to the order and construction environment.

Foundation dimensions are often less uniform than standard wall structures. Independent footings, strip foundations, raft slab edges, pile caps, ground beams, bridge foundations, and equipment foundations can all have different heights, lengths, corners, and profiles.

For stepped foundations, equipment bases, or irregular concrete outlines, standard panels may need to be combined with non-standard sections. Foundation Formwork can therefore be arranged according to the actual foundation height, length, and structural shape rather than relying on one fixed panel size.

The reusable steel configuration is also suitable for projects containing multiple foundations with similar dimensions. Panels can be dismantled and used again in subsequent construction areas, helping reduce repeated use of temporary formwork materials.

For foundation formwork, production control can focus on steel plate thickness, overall dimensions, welds, edge frames, and structural configuration. Critical dimensions can be checked against customer drawings so that the finished panels correspond more closely with actual pile caps, ground beams, or equipment foundation layouts.
OEM and ODM services are available for non-standard foundation projects. Products can also be manufactured directly from customer technical drawings.

For projects requiring verification before bulk production, samples can be arranged. Custom sample development normally takes about one week.

Standard products generally require about 15 days for production, while customized products normally require about one month. This allows buyers to plan differently for standard replacement panels and fully customized foundation configurations.

A full inspection is completed before packing, and third-party inspection is accepted. During manufacturing, photo or video progress updates can be provided when required.

Products can be packed on pallets, in cases, or with protective wrapping. For orders containing several product specifications, these packing methods also support separation by project batch or panel size, making transportation and site identification more manageable.
