Reusable Modules for Repetitive Floor Construction
Steel formwork for slab is a reusable modular forming system developed for floor structures with a relatively high level of standardization and repetition. It is manufactured from Q235 or Q355 steel, with typical panel thicknesses ranging from 1.5 to 3.0 mm.
Panel widths range from 300 to 1200 mm, and typical lengths range from 900 to 1800 mm. Other dimensions can be processed according to the project layout. Individual panels may be combined with pins, bolts, clamps, or customized connection methods so that multiple standard units form the required slab area.
This modular concept is particularly useful when the same or similar floor layout appears repeatedly throughout a building.
Practical Value on Repeated Floors
Typical applications include residential buildings, office buildings, hotels, apartments, hospitals, schools, parking structures, and multi-storey industrial buildings.
On repetitive floor projects, using more consistent panel sizes can reduce the amount of cutting and temporary modification required on site. Panels can be moved and reused between different floors, while the steel construction provides resistance to normal construction impacts when properly used and maintained.
Not every room or floor area follows a standard module. For non-standard rooms, perimeter areas, local corners, or different architectural grids, panel length, width, edge-frame form, and connection-hole positions can be adjusted.
As a result, steel formwork for slab can combine standard modules for large repetitive areas with specially processed panels for locations that do not fit the main building grid.
Batch Consistency for Multi-Size Orders
Zhuori Metal's production team has experience in metal processing, forming, welding, assembly, and inspection. For this slab formwork category, production control places particular emphasis on dimensional consistency and compatibility during batch assembly.
Products can be manufactured according to customer drawings. Inspection can cover panel flatness, dimensional consistency, edge-frame strength, and overall assembly accuracy. For orders containing a large quantity of panels in several specifications, products can be organized by size during production and checked again as finished items.
This approach helps reduce problems caused by different specifications becoming mixed during delivery or site installation. The company also has an R&D team that can support adjustments to non-standard structures and connection arrangements.
Sampling, Mixed Orders, and Shipment
OEM and ODM services are available, and samples can be confirmed before bulk production. Custom sample development normally takes about one week, with small sample quantities available.
Different panel models or specifications can be combined within one purchase order. For larger orders, pricing adjustments can be provided according to the purchase quantity. Buyers may also request photo or video production updates to follow order progress.
A full inspection is arranged before packing. Products can be shipped using pallets, cases, and protective wrapping, while EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms are supported. From initial sample confirmation through batch production and repeat purchasing, steel formwork for slab can therefore be organized around the actual panel mix and repetitive floor requirements of the project.
